Crown Super Deluxe Is A Lavish Teppanyaki Affair

This third-culture cuisine was born in Kobe in 1945 but grew up with strong influences from both Japan and the US. Here we meld the best of both worlds, all the refinement and luxury of a Kobe teppanyaki but with a dash of Rocky Aoki’s American dream.

CHUUSHOKU

THIS IS NOT JUST BEEF

We showcase the best grain-fed steaks from USDA Prime, to Australian Wagyu and a rotating premium selection from small Japanese farmers. Japanese Wagyu is the pinnacle of the steak world, the flavours and intramuscular fat structures of Japanese Wagyu vary from prefecture to prefecture. The Deluxe menu celebrates a premium A5 Wagyu from a producer in the volcanic region of Kagoshima, known for its tender, full-flavoured beef.

Our WHISKEY

At Crown Super Deluxe we honor our Japanese and American heritage with a selection that spotlights the best that these two whiskey producing nations have to offer. Broadly, Japanese whiskies, similar to scotch, tend to be drier, smokier and peatier than their American cousins. US whiskeys and bourbons lean sweeter often with notes of vanilla, oak and caramel that make them smooth and easy to drink neat or on the rocks.
