CHEF WILLY

The chef for any occasion. Fluent in many languages and stories in each.

A true man of culture, Chef Willy has teppanyaki experience spanning Japan to New Zealand, and now Hong Kong. He truly enjoys the classics of teppanyaki, and his favorite dish to cook is the Wagyu steak. Believing in the philosophy of “a minute to learn, a lifetime to master” Chef Willy’s goal is to prepare perfectly cooked dishes every time he is on the teppan that are not only delightful for the eyes but also on the palate.

When it comes to signature moves, Chef Willy loves to flambé and give guests a show. Guests of all ages are constantly captivated by his deep knowledge, technical skills, and storytelling. Whether you are looking for a date night or a big celebration with friends, Chef Willy is your man for any dining experience.

 

CHEF WING

A mesmerizing spatula artist of the teppan.

Quick-witted and always ready to flash a smile, Chef Wing loves hearing guests' stories and cracking jokes with them. His favorite dish is the spiny lobster, which he can cook perfectly on the teppan with the water-like movement of his hands delicately controlling each piece.

Chef Wing became a teppanyaki chef almost two decades ago, and through his journey he has crafted his own personal style when cooking at the teppan. A talented chef who knows what he wants, he enjoys Wagyu steak and spicy dishes and flavors. As a spicy man himself, Chef Wing loves the heat and sensation that wakes up your body, giving you chills and making you sweat – just like his cooking on the teppan.

CHEF JOE

The flair, elegance, and precision of 30+ years of experience in all things teppanyaki.

Chef Joe began his teppanyaki journey at the young age of 16, working tirelessly to perfect his craft. His signature movements and knife skills are indicative of his years of experience, and dinner with Chef Joe is never the same, as his methods and flavors change depending on the preferences of the guests in front of his teppan. 

Chef Joe loves cooking seafood dishes on the teppan as each dish has its own style, flavor, and color – he brings these to life like works of art. Of all the flavors, Chef Joe would say umami is his favorite. All of the dishes he crafts on the teppan are based on this flavor and is the core not only of Japanese teppanyaki but also his individual style.

 

CHEF KT

The OG in the Hong Kong scene. Quick to smile and very engaging in conversation.

Having worked as a travel tour guide in various countries, Chef KT has been exposed to some of the most interesting and unique cuisines, all of which have influenced his culinary skills and interests. He loves talking to guests and seeing their faces when he shows off his knife work and fire show, all while preparing a spectacular meal on the teppan.

Chef KT aims to create a meal that is sweet (not in the sense of saccharine, but pleasing to the palate) and salty. The goal is a perfect balance between the comforting sweetness that brings joy and the savory saltiness that is reminiscent of the ocean. This nuanced taste is the foundation of many dishes he creates that put his 20 plus years of expertise on display.
